Pro North Heating

"I should have checked the reviews prior to ordering as half of them are fake reviews about Pro North Heating. Their reviewers only have made 1 or 2 reviews ever, either employees, friends or family making fake reviews. I ordered a part, paid a premium for three day delivery as stated on their website. It’s also on the couriers website three business days guaranteed or free. It shipped Monday, with an estimated delivery Thursday. That’s four business days, not receiving it on Wednesday I started checking. When questioned Pro North Heating starts with the excuses of how they’re not counting the first day. Pro North Heating offered a service I paid a premium for and they did not meet. Had I known I would not have paid a premium to get the package in same time as regular shipping. Don’t offer a service you are unable to supply. Pro North Heating starts playing the blame game accepts no responsibility then cancels my order. That’s fine but Pro North Heating just wasted three business days of my time by not honouring their word. I then ordered the part from a reputable business, I received the part in two days. I didn’t have to pay a premium for delivery and have the peace of mind that if something goes wrong they’ll stand behind their company. I dodged a bullet and am actually glad Pro North Heating attempted to scam me then cancelled the delivery. If anything went wrong Pro North Heating would just have blamed someone else threw their hands up and I’d be on my own. I always try to support small businesses and not give my money to the big guys on line. I was able to help another small business with with my patronage. I can see why people do use the big guys when there are businesses like Pro North Heating trying to scam people, but they’re are good small businesses still out there. It’s like Pro North Heating just doesn’t understand about honouring your word and standing behind your business. Pro North Heating is truly a sad company to do business with."

"August 2023. Couldn’t figure out how to and a new review so I’m adding to this one. Used this company for the purchase and install of a new water heater and furnace and I can’t be more happy with the service. Right from the get go Claude was quick to provide an estimate with options. The the install date was soon after. The father and son duo were lovely and the quality of their work was fantastic. Obviously people who take great pride in the work. Would highly recommend this company!! Winter 2022 During the cold snap my furnace stopped working. I called several places and Pro North were the first to respond.The technical, Justin was great, very efficient and patient with all my questions. Got my furnace working and at a very reasonable price. Will definitely call them for any future issues."

"I had a great experience with Pro North earlier this week! On one of our coldest mornings, I woke up to a freezing cold house. I called numerous companies listed in FSJ, and had no luck. Pro North answered, they had someone on the way within 5 minutes and were so kind and professional. I was actually shocked when I got my invoice at how fair they had priced everything. They did an amazing job and I will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them to my friends and family. Thanks Pro North!!"

"We had an emergency with the furnace motor seizing overnight at -23 degrees outside. I phoned Pro North and they had a tech at my house in under an hour. He was very courteous and tried to get the job done as fast as possible. He tried fixing the part first before just going and getting replacement part. He definitely did his best. I am now using pro North for all work related needs as well. Great service, from the administrative to the field!"
