"It's very nice 4 engine plane that's used for charters. They have a very well trained and professional crew. The planes are a little older and you may not land where you're supposed to due to older avionics but that happens when you fly."

"Horrible customer service. Was late 2 minutes late for my flight…my bad, but then they allowed others on the same flight that were there even later then I was…how does that make any sense? I guess if you cry and complain enough they let you on, but if you are decent and respectful they just turn you away. Simply disgusting. Stewart’s on the flight are amazing though, only good thing about this airline. If you like delays, customer service that is non existent, and old planes then I’d recommend this airline, otherwise avoid at all cost!"

"I fly with this airline regularly as they are contracted by my employer. They are consistently bad. Poor customer service is an understatement. They gate staff regularly yell aggressively at passengers, flights are delayed regularly due to mechanical issues which take hours to resolve and passengers are lied to about timelines. I will never fly with this airline by choice."

"Constant maintenance and staffing issues. I've had more missed and late flights with this company then I can count. The staff are doing their best but they can only do so much with a company who doesn't seem to care about their staff or customers. Edit Aug 7, 2022: They have only gotten worse over time hahah"
