I was told I’d have to wait 2-3 days to get a tire put on my bike by other shops and they did it for me in a few hours since they knew I was on a schedule to keep moving north. I would highly recommended anyone looking for bike service or parts to check in with these guys."

"Passing through Fort St. John on my return from Alaska, I desperately needed a tire fixed or repaired. No one in Fort St. John had my tire size (150/70R17), including this shop. They were also too busy to do a tire repair job at noon on a Friday. I offered to take the tire off the bike myself, but they wouldn't help. The best they could do was ask me to drop it off and pick it up in a couple of days. I give two stars because the young man on the phone was very polite."

"Traveling across the country by motorbike. On a Friday afternoon, don't I manage to blow a rear wheel bearing. Honda (riding an Africa Twin) treated me like I had leprosy. Right across the street was Fast Trax. I meet a fella named Lee. This bloke takes my bike in right away, runs to wherever and gets the proper bearings, installs them and buttons the bike back up all in the time it took me to walk down the street and get lunch. I can't tell you how much I appreciated him helping me out so I wouldn't be stranded in town all weekend. A true gentleman, and a shop I'd give all my business to if I lived locally.
